  1. Technology is becoming so boring. It's crazy because all of this stuff would have absolutely blown my mind as a kid, but as someone who has been exposed to so much technology and consumer crap for the last 35 years – it all seems so pointless and boring now.

  2. "Simplicity is not the absence of clutter; that's a consequence of simplicity. Simplicity is somehow essentially describing the purpose and place of an object and product. The absence of clutter is just a clutter-free product. That's not simple."

"I think there is a profound and enduring beauty in simplicity; in clarity, in efficiency. True simplicity is derived from so much more than just the absence of clutter and ornamentation. It's about bringing order to complexity."
    -Jonathan Ive.

I think Apple completely misinterpreted this. The absence of ports (the absence of clutter) does not equal simplicity.

  3. Call 911! The pro has gone missing, I was waiting for a new MacBook Pro, I got a MacBook 2…if you find the pro, please let me know….oh wait, I found the Pro, it jumped from MacBook to Surface! No need to call 911 anymore!

  4. 8:22 – I LOL'd when he said: "Any one of the 4 ports can be a charging port!… Left side, right side…" HOW CONVENIENT!!! JUST WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED IN A LAPTOP!!! Now let me grab my $100+ Apple Dongle Bag.

  5. Very high prices and this touch bar looks like a headache outside of OS X. Apple won't be releasing any drivers for Linux or the necessary data to allow other providers to make the drivers. I don't want this damn walled garden on the Mac. It is looking like their old 1984 commercial.
