  1. Of course if he did take back his iphone to 1999 the first problem would be that he would only have a 2g network. Backend services like itunes didn't exist. Facebook, twitter and snapchat would be a community of one and have no one around. Siri would be a bit quiet too! The device itself is now a hub for information in the cloud and in some respects would be no more useful than a motorola flip phone back in 1999.

  2. That's it! I've been using Apple Macs since 1996 exclusively. Once my 2012 MBA needs replacing I switch to Windows. Reluctantly though.
No sd Card Slot, no touch screen, just a few gimmicks with a price increase. No more innovative products, plus too tight apple environment.
Sorry to leave apple but I need to go where innovation, flexibility and creativity is inviting me. Bummer though, just bought a new iPad Pro.

  3. 3:36 even after a weird cut Craig can't mention something else that he likes about the new MBP and has to cover up with a loud generic anecdote :/ Not kidding but this truly and finally diverted me from buying this laptop after expecting it for over a year.

Can't give up on iOS though, will get a used 2 y/o and wait for something else, iMac maybe?

  4. Whats so funny about this is…one a laptop, your eyes are always looking at the SCREEN! Not the keyboard! Having to divert your eyes down on this slim strip on your keyboard, taking your eyes off the screen where your content is, is actually going BACKWARDS!

  5. I liked this chat but I wish next time you would have asked more and better questions. Questions that will change a consumers mind to buy an Apple product or just have a better perspective of it. The best questions are the ones that have elaborate answers. You could have brought out much more information but still it was a cool video.
